Cancellations & rescheduling appointments

You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment, however please give at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations

You can cancel through your email confirmation or email me directly at hello@dianechalmers.co.uk

If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, your initial £40 booking deposit will be carried over to your next appointment or refunded if no further appointment is required. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or do not arrive for your appointment, your £40 booking deposit will not be refunded or transferable to any subsequent appointments.

Rescheduling

If you are looking to reschedule, please email me at hello@dianechalmers.co.uk as soon as possible. We can then arrange an alternative time. 

If you have given more than 48 hours notice, your initial £40 booking deposit will be carried over to your next appointment. If you give less than 48 hours notice, your original £40 deposit will not be transferable to any subsequent appointments; therefore the full appointment fee will apply.

My policy applies regardless of the reason for your cancellation including Covid-related reasons. 

Online Bookings & payment

For all new bookings, you are required to pay a £40 deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining funds will be collected at your appointment via a card machine. Alternatively, you can make a BACS payment before your appointment using the following details:
